Contact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release

Contact Care is a safe and gentle, non-manipulative hands-on discipline that focuses on locating and releasing trapped pressure within the body. We identify these areas of tension as Flinchlocks—pressure that has become trapped at a skeletal level due to unexpected physical and/or sensory shock.

Gentle Healing Session

This gentle healing session is a mix of different modalities and tools. I will lead you on a journey based on what you and your body are telling me that you need. Whether it is contact C.A.R.E, family constellations, or something else that shows up. Let’s explore together!

Family Constellations

What if the pains and aces you’re carrying come from a pattern that is older than you? This is what we explore in a family constellation together. We look into your family system for answers you might not have been able to find somewhere else. These sessions work both online and in person.
